In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

7. Governing law

7.1 These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with our site or these terms.
