If the prison supports photo attachments, you will see the option to add a photo when writing your message. An additional charge applies for each image attached. Documents cannot be attached to messages.
There is an image editing feature that allows you to make changes to uploaded images, or create new images using the tools provided.
Images are printed on one A4 sheet (approximately 3" x 5"), or made available to view on the kiosk or in-cell device. They are printed with your message and may appear in monochrome, depending on the equipment available at the establishment.
All attachments are subject to checks and review as part of the operation of the service before being delivered, and must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
